Meirelles|I just finished reading "Jaguar Hunting in the Mato Grosso and Bolívia" by Tony de Almeida and it is probably one of best books, if not the best, on hunting that I have ever read.

The author conversational prose makes the reader feel like the stories are being told over a camp fire.
About the Author|de Almeida studied in England before he began to hunt the Mato Grosso region in 1959. In 1968 he initiated Safaris with Richard Mason. In 1989 he founded Pantagonia Safaris with Fred Mac Dougall to hunt the southern part of South America.
